TRADITIONAL ARABIC SALAD

  • 2 cups Persian cucumbers, chopped

  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 tsp sumac

  • 2 tsp Original za’atar fine sea salt, to taste

  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INGREDIENTS

  1. Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and parsley then transfer into a large bowl.

  2. Add lemon juice, sumac, and za’atar. Mix and coat well.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve with any main course meal or enjoy as a crips and refreshing snack!
