TRADITIONAL ARABIC SALAD
WATCH THE RECIPE
2 cups Persian cucumbers, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp sumac
2 tsp Original za’atar fine sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INGREDIENTS
Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and parsley then transfer into a large bowl.
Add lemon juice, sumac, and za’atar. Mix and coat well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with any main course meal or enjoy as a crips and refreshing snack!
