The OHSO Taza journey started in our mother's kitchen, where the herbaceous aroma of za'atar-topped manoushe sparked our passion for cooking and good food. As sisters, Hanna and Sarah Oshana, we embarked on a mission to capture the flavors we knew and loved, creating an authentic and delightful za'atar blend that would transport our tastebuds back home.
Driven by our love for za'atar and the desire to deepen connections, we founded OHSO Taza. We believe that food has the power to bring people together, spark conversations, and create lasting memories.
